Returns

We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Unworn and unused: The backpack should be in its original, unused condition without any signs of wear, marks, or damage.
• Original packaging: The backpack must be returned with its original tags and packaging.
• Proof of purchase: You will need to provide proof of purchase such as your order confirmation or receipt.

Orendo & Co Warranty Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality, durable bags that meet your expectations. All Orendo & Co products come with a standard 6-month warranty, which can be extended to a total of 12 months by registering your product through our warranty registration form.

What Our Warranty Covers:

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover:

This warranty does not cover:

1. Damages caused by regular use of the bag (normal wear and tear).
2. Unauthorized repairs, improper maintenance, misuse, or neglect.
3. Accidents or use beyond the recommended capacity of the product.
4. Overloading or exposure to unsuitable environments.

Warranty Conditions:

To qualify for a warranty claim:

1. The complete product must be returned to Orendo & Co, with freight pre-paid by the user.
2. A valid proof of purchase or order ID must be presented.
3. The product must not have been subjected to:

• Improper maintenance or misuse.
• Accidents, abuse, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty Registration:

Extend your warranty to 12 months by registering your product within 30 days of purchase.
